The Retina Centers of Washington is a physician private practice providing specialized care for diseases of the retina and vitreous. Founded in 1992 by Dr. T.S. Melki, Retina Centers of Washington has two fully equipped offices providing the complete spectrum of vitreoretinal care. Dr. Melki is a board certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in diseases and surgery of the retina and vitreous. He is on the Clinical Faculty at Georgetown University.

Services available in the office include fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, ocular echography, laser treatment, cryotherapy, and pneumatic retinopexy (intraocular gas). Dr. Melki also performs vitreoretinal surgery at Suburban Hospital, Georgetown University Medical Center, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital,  Virginia Hospital Center-Arlington and Fairfax Hospital (Inova).
