The evaluation of many retinal diseases requires photographic analysis with fluorescein angiography. Offices are staffed with experienced photographers, and are equipped with laboratory facilities to develop angiograms for immediate evaluation when needed.
B-scan ultrasonography is also available in all offices and used when the ocular media is not clear; for severe vitreous hemorrhage or very dense cataracts.
