The Retina Centers of Washington is a private practice clinic providing specialized care for diseases of the retina and vitreous. Founded in 1992 by Dr. T.S. Melki, Retina Centers of Washington has two fully equipped offices providing the complete spectrum of vitreoretinal care. We have three fellowship trained and board certified ophthalmologists that staff our clinics in Rockville and Arlington. Additionally, we have a clinic weekly at the Georgetown University Hospital Department of Ophthalmology.
Office-based services we offer include fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, ocular echography, and laser treatment. Our doctors perform vitreoretinal surgery at Suburban Hospital, Montgomery Surgery Center, Georgetown University Medical Center, and Virginia Hospital Center-Arlington.
Reflecting the multicultural nature of Washington, at the Retina Centers of Washington we do have the ability to communicate in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Ethiopian, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Russian.
